Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:

- Items that have been used or mishandled.
Note: All returns must first be approved by our support team. Returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.

Our customer support will respond within 24 hours with the return instructions and address. Once you ship the item, please send us the tracking number and shipping receipt.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout to avoid any delivery issues. If you realize that an error has been made, please contact us immediately with the correct information. We will review your request and attempt to update the address before the order is processed. Please note that once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make any address changes. Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier.

- Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
