  2. If you place your order after 4:00 PM (GMT-5) Eastern Standard Time New York on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped on the following business day.
  3. Orders are shipped only during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  4. Orders typically take 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before shipping.
  5. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–6 business days (Mon-Fri).
  6. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  7. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
  8. If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, this may cause a delay in processing your order.
  9. In the case of multiple items, your order may ship in separate packages depending on stock availability.
  10. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  11. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Change of Customer Mind

If a customer changes their mind after receiving the order, they may request a return within the allowed time frame. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition to qualify for a return. Please note that the return shipping cost in this case will be the customer’s responsibility. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed following our standard return procedure.
